Red Ensign Election Predictions

Darcey is asking the other member of the Red Ensign Brigade what their predictions are for the federal election. I'd already posted my guess, but I thought it'd be interesting to gather up the predictions and keep them near the top of the page until the final returns are in, purely to add to the embarrassment factor when we all turn out to have missed the obvious NDP sweep to a majority:

Update 22 January: Keith, Shane, and Alan all provided predictions for tomorrow's election.

Update 23 January: I've added in Damian Penny's, Mark Steyn's and Andrew Coyne's predictions.

Here is what I posted yesterday: CPC 140, Liberal 90, NDP 40, Bloc 38. Somewhere I had posted my guess at the beginning of the campaign - but that was almost 12 years ago wasn't it? Posted by: Alan at January 21, 2006 11:01 AM
Here are my predictions for the likelihood of re-education camps under governments lead by the various parties: Liberal: 100% (they already teach "diversity" in the schools, don't they?) Conservative: 17% (explaining property rights to the moonbats who voted NDP) NDP: 100% (we'd be lucky if they limited the camps to just re-education) CHP: 25% (but they'd call it "Sunday School") Green: 100% (notice a trend yet among the more whackjobbish of the parties?) Bloc: 100% (picture 1984, but in French) We are SO FREAKIN' DOOMED. Posted by: Jon at January 21, 2006 08:05 PM
